Man is a robot with defects. Robots are machines that can mimic life. Robots, in a weird way, remind us of our humanity. So, to celebrate the biological and mechanical robots in our lives, siNUsoid v6 is organizing Robotronics, a day dedicated to machines that we see ourselves in. There will be two games taking place on this day.
1. Robo-Soccer
Robo-Soccer is a robot sport, where robot machines compete against each other in a variation of the game of soccer. In robot soccer, each team is fully autonomous.
Rules and Regulations
- Any one team can have about 2 players who will be present offline.
- One of the participants will be allowed to control the robot at one time.
- Exchanging the players in the middle of the match is not allowed.
- The robot should push or hit the ball. Withholding or grabbing the ball by the robot is not allowed.
- Any kind of human interference is not allowed during the game like touching the robot.
- AC/DC power supply will not be present at the site of the tournament.
- The audience can ask for an explanation regarding the robot
2. Robo-Race
It is also a robot sports game, where robot machines compete against each other in a variation of the game of race. In robot race, once the game starts the only input from any human is from the race officials.
Rules and Regulations
- Hitting another robot is prohibited. While overtaking another robot is allowed.
- Any kind of human interference is not allowed during the game like touching the robot.
- AC/DC power supply will not be provided at the site of the play.
- The audience can ask for an explanation regarding the robot.
